Did some reverse image search, and of course jewgle, bing, and jewjewgo gave me nothing, but good ol' based Russian yandex gave no fucks.
It was a limited run of <600 that is sold out. They were $299 which means you would be paying $260 for the labor of making a single, custom, 1oz, silver coin. Here is the ebay listing, and the link to the minter's website.

Looks like they do limited runs of custom silver coins, or shields as they call them. That's a bit fucking pricey.
EDIT: it says series 4, so there could be like 1800 of these things or more out there.

I only corrected you to promote a brand that makes cool things. not all of his stuff is so based. The guy is like a red-pilled libertarian, at least as far as economics goes.
