Boxes of nails are usually just a bunch of nails dumped in a 'large' box and there is no order whatsoever. The boxes in the vid are the same length as the nails and though I agree you can only see the far end clearly it sure looks to me like that end has all of the heads. It does go pretty fast and I may be mistaken though.

The smaller 1 pound boxes at the large retailers are aligned if the length of the nails is close to the same as the box length.
