If you go, I would highly recommend taking highway 550, SW corner of the state, up from Durango, through Silverton and Ouray, up to Ridgway. Take a day or two and rent a jeep in Ouray and hit the jeep trails. It will change you.
The FNGT is in ~45 minutes. Would like to hear from you there if you have time. Let us know how your playing is coming along.
