Dandelions in the yard were the bane of my dad’s existence lol. Too bad he didn’t know how healthy their greens are, and how much you can do with the petals.

Dandelions are incredibly nutritious. Every single part can be eaten at any stage of it's development. I do not add chemicals to my yard because I forage from my yard. Few realize how many types of food is grown just in your lawn. We've been taught these free foods are weeds that need destroyed. In the spring I make dandelion wine.
