Been hooked on Bushcraft videos. Wanna do a dome next, which might be easier, but wanted something to break me in.

Domes are the only way to get a reasonable height accomplished. Rectangle boxes might be easy for lumber and nails but it's a bitch and a half using stick, branches, and leaves. It's either a tent or dome shape.

I got good height on this one, but I don't wanna use nails. All natural. Just had twine, Rambo knife, hacksaw, machete. Maybe get an auger eventually if I wanna make something serious (need a hatchet too)

Pricey, but good steel and stays sharp.

The Japanese saws at Harbor Freight work pretty good too for $14. I have a real Japanese saw I paid a hundred bucks for that is thirty years old and still cuts like the day I bought it. They can be had cheaper nowadays at your better woodworking stores.
