You probably have better resources to find that than I do then, I gave up on salt water tanks years ago.

Nah it's all about the balance and not listening to some stuff. You need a shitload of live rock, a relatively deep bed of layered coral gravel and sand, a shitload of bioballs, and some miracle mud and ataxia as a live filter. No protein skimmers or anything. And the ecosystem balance is key. If you have something that makes waste you need something that eats that waste.
