Old wisdom is often more reliable than the shit thats coming out of the scientific establishment. Science is a more objective reliable way to observe and collect data but scientific institutions and reporting systems are highly biased.

I have been reading a bit about antiviral substances that were discovered by TCM or aryuvedic medicine. Civilizations that have had a long time to collect medicinal knowlege within institutions, even religious ones, do predictable notice what works and doesn’t through trial and error. We can now study these substances an see that they are antibiotic or antiinflamatory even if their actions are not mediated by your Qi or your chakras. Thats how artemisinin was discovered, thats how quinine was discovered.
