I just want to add that you can get toxoplasmosis by sleeping with cats and people with the antibody to toxoplasma have been shown to be behaviorally divergent. Its an organism known to infect human brains and human behavior often subtley. Toxoplasmosis is endemic in cats. Sorry to spoil the mood. Dont raise your kids with cats.

Behavioral abnormalities like homo, autism, shizophrenia will eventually be shown to be caused by infectious agents. Homo has been proven to be caused by infectious agents in certain animals. Toxoplasmosis has be proven to cause abnormal behavior in rodents and humans by affecting regions of the brain involved in sexual response. Toxoplasma gondii is present in a high proportion of cats and if you live with one of them it will be present in you. Limit unecessary exposure to infectious agents known to fuck with the human brain.
