It depends of how many normal people are in government. They are supposed to be intelligent people and I'm sure they are well aware of what is going on. Russians did nothing tom prevent this and allowed jews to take over. I'm not sure why. What happened in Russia is still a mystery.

People were disconnected and suspicious of eachother at the time, and so did nothing when their neighbors were disappeared. Sound like a familiar situation? I'm not familiar with the commonality of firearms in their time though.

You need to research seriously about Russia. It's a serious matter. This is repeating in US. The jews were allowed everywhere in Russia, and the secret police did nothing to stop them. Some based Russians say that Zar Nicholas helped jews to gain control of the country by not allowing secret police to take serious action. It is confirmed that the secret police had all the information they needed to stop them.
