SO, not only is it a slap in the face to a guy like me who has worked hard all of his life and cannot afford to live in one of these new buildings, but it is a bigger slap to the actual residents of the building who are forced to live around Shaniquas and Tyrones who absolutely ruin the quality of life for the upper middle class people who earn a presumably honest living and pay market rental rates.

Complete Commie nonsense. There is no reason that they should be enjoying living in a brand new doorman building with luxury amenities. There are plenty of older buildings that they can occupy and still have a roof over their heads and even live in a prime location. For someone who went to school or just worked hard and did everything that society told them to do to have to put up with this is ridiculous.
