Reasonably intelligent

All he had to do was leave the corpse alone and not make it look like someone was trying to hide it in a garbage bag. Wouldn't have been suspicious for someone to die during a hurricane.

I thought the same, but then I again I hadn’t just killed somebody while having the thought. Also: Drugs.
