Murders up 47% patrons going out for dinner down 59%

Who is charging the trespass? Is it the business that called them? Is the state claiming that it has the power to trespass someone from private property with threat of force? Ironically, trespass means to interfere with someones personal rights. Like their right to food.

Take the arrest. Trespassing requires a trespass warning to be given by the property owner, not some pig faggot on behalf of the city.

Ex security guard here, it just takes ONE employee to tell you to leave. However as a security guard I was never successful in getting people arrested for trespassing. Cops just gave warnings and if they came back then they would be arrested.

The employee has to get the manager, who is the property's custodian. That person has to formally tell you to leave. A cop can do the formal telling on the custodians behalf. A cop cannot issue a trespass warning on his own. He can't kick you out, and then arrest you for coming back. The property owner, or someone in the position to act on behalf of the property owner would have to initiate the warning. Now, if the owner of this business complied with the mandate, he would back the arrest.
