I looked over the bill and it was about restructuring parts of Homeland security. It may be satire but it's more creepy than funny. When you government has secret bioweapons labs all over the world, they probably shouldn't joke about a flesh eating virus in the air. That is all the class of calling a bomb threat.

I remember hearing about this congressional report a while ago. Thanks for reminding me. So, on April 2022, almost everything read relating to something ominous coming is classified, classified, classified,!

It almost sounded like someone gasped in the video when this report was read.
