They should have thought of this when people still licked envelopes when sending in their tax returns, now they have to go through all the hospital birth records and harvest the blood samples.
They still can't guarantee the quality of samples that way nor do they get a present status (diseases etc) of the samples. They're going to use Covid testing for the new database and don't care how much it costs, because it comes out of government tax money or national debts. Also, the contact tracing is basically about tracking each person.
Basically, they own us as cattle and they are going to tag and track each cow so they know which ones they are interested in organs and what not. Think of it as an inventory check of the merchandise.
Need a specific kidney of a rare blood type with a healthy donor? No problem, we can just arrange a covid contact tracing arrest of a guy in Chicago. Need to frame a political dissident? No problem, we'll just smear a little of this DNA sample here.
