That's the mark of a half-breed, or at least of a mutt. Maybe she's Jewish? Jews have all sorts of garbage genes that come out in unlucky individiuals. You get your Jew hunchbacks, your Jew dwarfs, your Jew monsters. Her cheek bones aren't right, either.
