I guess there was a movie called Convoy in 1978. But. Smokey and the Bandit was a similar theme. I like Smokey and the Bandit.

Good song. Who did the one about the trucker picking up the crippled kid that lost his trucker father? About the same vintage.

I was thinking of Smokey and the Bandit when I played this song. Don't know that one off hand, though maybe it will come to me. This song was the theme song for the movie Convoy in 78.
