Just as a point of interest, we are not made of stars, because our essence of being, all that is significant about us, has nothing to do with physical matter. Matter merely provides a matrix upon which we form ourselves. It is not what we are. Think of it this way. We are music. Our physical bodies are LP records. Time is the spinning of the records with the needle (the present moment) in the groove. The music comes out of the speakers, but the music is not the speakers, not the needle, not the record, not even the grooves on the record in which the needle rides. The music is something completely and entirely different from these things. That is why I say we are not star stuff. We are not matter, or energy. We are patterns of consciousness moving through time.
