They are EXTREMELY similar to AC/DC in almost all their songs. There are actually quite a few of their songs I think would be fun to play.
I am not actually an AC/DC fan - much. I like a few songs, but most of them aren't any good at anything - except for being AC/DC songs. So, you know what you're getting - but that's pretty much all you're getting.
Sadly, I can probably pull six out of memory and play them close to the studio version, even though I haven't played them in years. I can probably fake a few more and I'm sure I've learned more but don't think I've retained them - and won't know unless I go look and listen.
Which, frankly, kind of sucks donkey dick. I've played some truly shitty music. But, I don't sit on some high horse - I straight up admit that I "sold out" back in the 70s. Any shred musical dignity that I had left was gone by 1984.
Well I'm a fan of them, they got me through high school so I can't complain.
I believe it was Angus who was talking to a radio host who said something like this, "You've had 51 hits and they all sounded the same." To which he replied, "Correction, we've had 52 hits that all sounded the same."
