Alright, I did fire up Audacity and tried the same thing.

When you slow down an audio track, the pitch goes down as well.

You can't get that same sound without changing the pitch, as they claim they didn't change anything else but the speed.

Verdict, it's all bullshit.

0.36 seconds “ONE TRACK PLAYS THE REGULAR SPEED, WHILE THE OTHER ONE PLAYS THE SLOWED DOWN FILE.”

The track playing at regular speed is the high pitched one you can hear.

The slowed down track is producing sounds at a much lower pitch giving the impression of human voices singing choral harmonies.

Nope.

Use an audio editor and do it yourself. You can't get that result even with doing more modifications than just a slow down effect.

I should have checked - too good to be true it was.
