I don't listen to the radio and haven't heard any of those songs in years, but just reading that list made me nauseous.
You sure this isnt bands Im tired of or hate? Cause I do all those.
I hate the beatles and jimmy buffet.
Not necessarily. Dirty Laundry is a good song. The Bad Medicine album is good as well. But these songs are constantly getting played and I just can't understand why. I can listen to the Highlander soundtrack anytime but when was the last time any of those got airtime?
Holy shit. And you know why no one likes radio. (((All radio stations play that same list.))) Ask for everything about modern music and radio stations is jewish.
I would also add nigger rap. No melody, rythm or compressible lyrics. Just garbage.
radio stations
Wait wait wait... Hold the bus here.... They still exist???
Sadly they do. AM with talk radio by rino unipartists and FM full of corporatist drivel.
What about endless ads? Are they still throwing them in your face like there's no tomorrow?
Ok, any rap, hip hop or song that uses Auto-Tune.
Simply having a wonderful Christmas time - Paul McCartney.
The first time I hear any part of that shit in November, that radio station will.not be played in my car again until January.
My wife hates that song with the force of a 1000 suns. The one I can't stand is "felise navadad".
You son of a bitch. I had successfully forgotten about that nails across a chalkboard sounding piece of taco shit until you reminded me just now.
LOL. Sorry dude.
I swear there is a greater than 1 in 10 chance to hear one of three Guns 'n Roses songs the moment you tune to a classic rock station anywhere in the country.
Paradise City, Knockin' on Heaven's Door, or Welcome to the Jungle.
That band is so overplayed on those stations, I can't stand any of their music now.
If playing a certain song too many times destroys that song, then it seems like a good idea to not listen good songs too often. Applying this life hack I have not come to hate any song that I had previously thought was good.
What songs I do hate are new remixes that are way worse than the originals. It's even worse if people like the crappy remixes and don't even know they are just sub par rip offs.
I have hundreds of vinyl records that I truly enjoy...so I make a point of not listening to them hardly ever anymore.
Any of the "hits" by the Offspring grates my ears.
Led Zeppelin is wildly overplayed as well, and it's always the same few tracks. I'll never hear a rare gem like "Darlene" unless I play it myself.
Elton John also has some good music buried deep in the catalogue but they always pick "Your Song" or "Candle in the Wind".
Radio died in general once ClearChannel bought all the major stations.
edit: just thought of another one Nilsson is a very underrated artist with lots of great music, but the only song of his you'll hear on radio is "Without You". You know, the one that goes "I can't liiiiiive, if livin' is without youu. I can't LIIIIIIVE, LIIIVE ANYMOOOOOREEE."
Anything by AC/DC.
Lol about imagine dragons...
Whoever decides to play Hotel California and All I Want for Christmas on his station deserves deadly genital torture.
