Audiences and elite tastemakers alike have decided Taylor Swift’s narcissistic lyrics and cliched music are a cultural triumph — but why would we celebrate this?

I can't say I know the lyrics to have an opinion. I'll take the author's word.

Why do you think George Soros owns all of her music rights?

I don't know anything about this, but looked now and it says Shamrock Capital owns her masters. This about Shamrock's ownership.

Who owns Shamrock Capital? Shamrock Holdings, or Shamrock, is a private equity firm founded as the Roy E. Disney family's investment firm; the Disney family remains its sole investor. Shamrock is a private corporation, and is fully owned by the estate of Roy E. Disney.

Either way it's a bunch of globo homos.
