For the little story, I was doing archeology on one of my external 4 TB drive... 3/4 full... Accumulation of archives, or rather data dumps... And in sub-sub-sub-sub-sub directory called "goodies" I've found "01 (a1) original mix.mp3" from 2010... And that's the track in OP... Thx to meta data and vlc I learned the actual name is "emslice vs. denga (a1) original mix" and then I started to search that on youtube and it turns out, it's "Sumo (Original mix)"
