I'd love to have my own trailer one day
Is a double wide a trailer? That would be cool if it had some land around it. I don’t want to pay rent to some nasty trailer park, although taxes are bad too. You just can’t win.
My grandparents live in an over 65 community, but it only has a quota for over that age. My parents in their 50s, married very young, like my mom was 16 or 17, live there in one too, so not a trashy place.
Now I wanna stay in a double wide
I know. There are a lot of nice mobile home communities. There is one in my town down by the river where the giant pine trees always fall down during wind and rain storms. I feel bad for them. Other places have streets and yards just like a regular neighborhood (which aren’t that great either in cheap suburbs). I just want good neighbors. And weatherproofing.
