Eh. I think oberst has his own thing. Can't quite compare the two. Certainly influenced though. Yeah, this is a theory I came up with

I dunno.. Bright Eyes sounds a lot like Elliott did and what was Oberst doing nearby in silver lake?

Guess they were on tour. Feel like he's not as technical a player, Elliott experimented more with odd melodies, bright eyes a lot more layered though
