There's verses to Canon I added where my thumb and pinky stretch to the limit to hit B2 to D4 and G3 to B4. These are dense, imperial, 2-note chords, I like to add where I can... but are tough to land 100% of the time.

I guess I'm lucky, my thumb-to-pinky stretch is a little over 9".
I use a standard keyboard and never experienced the pain he's been talking about in the video.

Yeah, I don't know anything about the pain... guess I don't play that much to experience that.
Just measured mine... 8.5", or 8.75" if I stretch really hard. An extra .5" might make a huge difference.
