Has the Soundgarden sound but the songs aren't half as good as Down on the Upside. Not even worthy of comparison to earlier albums. Tool did the same fucking thing. Sad! Many such cases!

I listened to Down on the Upside again. It’s not my favorite album of theirs, but a few songs stand out. Their earlier stuff is much better. Audioslave is good too.
