Take your time. I never make submissions unless I'm prepared to sit and shoot the shit afterwards. That's why I've not been submitting as much lately. I just can't commit to sitting here and answering any comments/questions. I find submitting, without being willing to respond, is just plain rude. It's like starting a conversation and not taking the time to listen to the other person. I don't do that.
