Ah, the sound of my youth. The In-a-Gadda-da-Vida album was one of the first rock albums I ever bought for myself. I never liked the Beatles or the Rolling Stones. I was into San Francisco psychedelic rock. Jefferson Airplane was my favorite rock band. Lead singer for the Butterfly had a great voice, like Jim Morrison's voice. Chopper rock. I've heard this thing at least a hundred times, maybe two hundred.

I am going to throw one out for you then. It has been a long time. DOA >> Bloodrock. Texas band.

Some how I never saw these guys live.

This is The greatest Rock and Roll music of all time. I played in a rock band and this song makes my hair stand up. I still have the original album and i gave it to my granddaughter because she actually 'Got It'.

I was working for a local radio station and this was my "piss break" song.To bad the drummer just died.

Very sad the original Hard rock group are being lost. This is the greatest combo of bass, organ and lead guitar in history. Light My Fire is a close 2nd.

Yep. I have a very strange taste in music and it starts in 1969 and goes on thru today. OCD when it comes to music. I am a trained sound tech. Many years behind the board. Still FOGHAT is my fave.
