Yes. I still put LMF in the top 10 of all time 'musically'. Like Clapton playing in a dozen bands and and having hits with all of them, the guitar and organ players in the Doors could have played for anyone, but i have no need for Morrison.
You forget one very important fact: Jim Morrison was a real handsome faggot in the early days, and cunts LOVED HIM. If jew midget Robbie Krieger (guitar) had been lead singer, the band would have gone nowhere. FUN FUCKIN FACT: (((Krieger))) wrote almost all the lyrics.
What did i forget? As i said, Morrison added nothing to 'MUSIC' which is how i judge a band and LMF had almost no lyrics which is why i like it. The Music is everything because i played in a very good band and was always amazed how bad Morrison was while making his millions.
He was a fairly good singer, but mainly he had SEX APPEAL. That is why they became stars. The musicians were fairly good blues guys, but nothing special. I played in 2 Doors tribute bands, and learned the parts for all instruments except piano in a matter of hours.
