Not on this demo. It plainly says "Tom played all musical instruments except drums (which were played by Jim Masdea)...".

I've never seen any info that says he plays drums. From an interview from Tom:

"The drummer for all of my demo work was a guy named Jim Masdea, who was a very creative guy. He played on a couple of songs on the first album and then came back and played on about half of the third album. Other than the drums, I played all the instruments on the demos."

Scholz and Delp signed a deal with Epic Records after Masdea's departure, thanks to Ahern and McKenzie. Before the deal could be finalized, the band had to do a live audition for the record company executives. The duo recruited Goudreau on guitar, bassist Fran Sheehan and drummer Sib Hashian to create a performing unit which could replicate Scholz's richly layered recordings on stage. The showcase was a success and the band agreed to put out ten albums over the next six years.

On all the other albums they released Sib Hashian is credited as their drummer. I'd be interested if you have any info where Tom played the drums.
