Nah. I'm respectful. But I know what you mean. I want to blast it. Honor tells me not to.

E: Tomorrow, a D&D character I have played for ten real life years is probably going to die. Should be exciting. And I'm going to get pissed. And it is all about Honor.

E2: And my pregnant wife in the fake game will be fighting beside me, as gay as that is (I told her not to fight). She is a Valkyrie and refuses not to fight.

Same here. Want to, but don’t. Fly’n down the hi-way cross country is another thing though. Turn it up. You gotta wonder how such young men like them boys were then and many others of that genre and before came up with such worldly views and lyrics. Ever read or see the interviews about the book Secrets of Laurel Canyon? Pretty interesting.

book Secrets of Laurel Canyon ...

Never hear of them. I'm reading (from a friend) the "Red Rising Trilogy". I'm not exactly impressed yet.

It describes how all those bands of the 60’s somehow all lived up in Laurel Canyon that dropped down into LA. Big name bands. All before they became famous. How none of them had an ounce of musical talent. How most all of them were sons and daughters of Navel intelligence officers. The connections to the up and rising stars of Hollywood like Nicholson and Fonda. Even Charlie Manson. Cohencidentally, up in the canyon at one time prior there was a Naval film studio that made propaganda films. It changed the way I looked at music and the effect it had on my own life and the generation I grew up with. I rarely listen to music now, except that of which I play myself. Not to say I don’t enjoy harkening back to those days of good kick ass guitar riffs and the memories they bring up from time to time. Anyway, you might find Secrets of Laurel Canyon worth a read. Interestingly, the author of that book like Aaron Russo, suddenly came down with killer cancers shortly after their works came out.

Honor is all you can take with you when you die.

Honor is everything for my character. You have that 100% right.

My character will die tomorrow. But he will die with honor. Ten fucking years, and that is all I got. Die with honor.

Well have a good death tomorrow fren! I’m off to make good on commitments made for today. Gotta get did. For more fuel to the fire, look up the book Secrets of Laurel Canyon and the the interviews with the author when you get a chance. Lol, I know how it is. So much info out there to parse though it’s astounding. Even more astounding is the fact that so few see what their own eyes show them. Have a good day!

Well, hopefully a pregnant Valkyrie and honor is good enough. I'm so fucked.
