Man, I wish we had recorded our [sort of] cover of this when the band was still together. The rest of the guys thought it was idiotic, I think... idunno, I was rather drunk at the time, maybe they were amused or whatever. But that version was ROTTEN Robin.
Good times. I miss artistic creativity. It would have been nice to keep, but it went along with my soul when I sold that for this "successful tech career".
Happens to a lot of people, the (((music biz))) is hard though I have some friends who've had some success.
Though you know today a computer is a recording studio and instruments have never been cheaper and as well made thanks to CNC and yellow slave people.
Pff, instruments seem retardedly expensive, but I guess that's just inflation...
My brother just spent thousands on just the right horn he wanted. Sounded expensive to me, but apparently it was a good deal.
You can get cheap instruments that will work for you, unlike in the past when a cheap guitar was pure shit.
Think about the silly creative streak you could have being constrained to something silly like only writing about birds for a week.
Dozens of bad songs with maybe, just maybe a jewel or two in there.
