Bonus the singers from Earth Wind and Fire appear after the two Japanese guys sing. I guess for enough money they overlooked the blackface. This is from a Japanese singing (monomane) impersonation show and likely New Year special. These two guys were one of the better acts and often wore blackface while impersonating black singers.
