I understand your point. They have some musical chops for sure which are only apparent on a very few songs. They definitely go for the shock value. Typically I dislike the whole clown thing, but I picked up on some clown subtlety in a couple of their tracks that made me laugh. Just sharing as this song came up in a mix today and made me laugh because, well, clown world.
