it basically groups similar style bands together, that is what the floating text is. the more similar they are the closer they get.

its not always correct tho, but when looking for new music it is great

Hey do you like dksi? What you have never heard of them and don't know if they are a bach orchestra band or death metal? Why does it matter? Let's group bands around your choice! Who cares about what genre you may like, let's help you waste time finding bands that you would never listen to in a million years!
