Correction, most mainstream rab is that formula. There exists a whole Underground, yes many of them white, where they never talk about such things. These artists are the best writers in musical history. I could show you an average underground hip-hop song that is more complex, artistic and better written than any other song in any other genre. I challenge two people to prove me wrong on this so many times but no one can do it.
