The tag is automatically added when a user acts inappropriately... the system on the back end can very easily identify things like vote brigades, down-vote bots, scripted user account generation, etc.

In an attempt to be welcoming to the refugees I am going to ask you politely to not do this. Vote had it's immune system and so does Poal. The suspicious behavior tag is part of Poal's immune system and intentionally acting suspicious in order to get the flair dilutes the usefulness of the flair. Don't be a faggot trying to collect achievements... be a valued member of the Poal community by just up voting content you like and down voting spam and child porn.
