Yep that's right, Andy Sixx is Andy Biersack from Black Veil Brides. He used to go by Andy Sixx, naming himself after Motley Crue Bassist Nikki Sixx.

Eventually he stopped going by that and just uses his real name. For his solo project, Andy goes by Andy Black.
