The button should have a label. It also came with a book, I am pretty sure. Yeah, I bet there's a manual for the amp in your packaging. There's probably a slot to put it in your gig bag.

LOL

And, yeah... That has to suck. That's a whole lot of scanning. I'm not even sure if I can think of a way that I'd use to make that interesting for myself.

Are you still working from home, or?

It is not fun or interesting but someone has to do it. So I scan and scan and scan and I’m really fucking sick of scanning. Almost done.

I’ll have to check it out I believe the manual is still attached to the amp, I just plugged it in an started playing with it when I got it.

At least you didn't throw it away!

That puts you like miles ahead of many guitarists.

I don't know WHY they do this - but they throw those papers in the trash. They don't keep them. I've bought a lot of used guitars and it's a rarity to find one with the original paperwork - even if they just bought it six damned months ago!

I have no idea why they do this. No idea... That paperwork is potentially important.

I have paperwork for all of my guitars that I've purchased. For some of the used guitars, I've found replica paperwork or just contacted the company to get 'em to send me copies. Guitar/gear manufacturers are sometimes pretty awesome about stuff like that.

I didn't throw out anything, All of the stuff that came with that guitar is almost an heirloom I'll give it to my son when he grows up. He has to be born first but one step at a time. I still have the box, and I'm never throwing it away I'll mount on the wall of my office when tis finished. No matter how much the wife protests.
