I didn't throw out anything, All of the stuff that came with that guitar is almost an heirloom I'll give it to my son when he grows up. He has to be born first but one step at a time. I still have the box, and I'm never throwing it away I'll mount on the wall of my office when tis finished. No matter how much the wife protests.

Oh, speaking of which, do you still have that pick that you said you were gonna keep forever?

You are god damn right I do. I almost lost it the other day but I scoured my current office for it an found it.

LOL I just want you to know, I'm rooting for you in your quest to keep your first pick!

I'm a little surprised you still have it! The damned things just go missing.

I was just having a related conversation in a Phuks PM earlier today. My last order was 864 picks. (12 boxes of 72 picks each, three sizes, Dunlop brand.)

So, we view the value of picks a whole lot differently! I'm really hoping you manage to keep it!

I consider picks to be disposable/consumable goods. If you do manage to keep it, you'll probably be the only serious guitarist to have ever done so. They're similar to cigarette lighters or socks that go missing.
