Not my style, at all. I really enjoyed some of the early synth experimentation in the beginning: White Noise, Kraftwerk, etc, and of course Keith Emerson bring it into more contemporary styles. But then they got way overused in pop music.

Wut?? The '80's sucked major balls for music. It took a lot of effort to find the nuggets in that steaming pile of disco and pop crap. I think that decade pretty well turned me off of really enjoying new stuff and I doubt music will ever be as fun as the tunes of my youth. Of course, that's just my own interest. People should enjoy whatever styles do it for them.
