Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said Gutierrez 'made no attempts to break' and filed murder charges based on evidence that the horror crash was 'intentional.' Authorities identified two victims who died at the scene, including Gutierrez's girlfriend, Adilene Duran Rincon, 20, who was riding in the passenger seat and was pregnant. A passenger in one of the other vehicles, Edward Garcia, 38, also died.
