"Fighting back"? Sounds more like taking it up the tail pipe. Fighting back are the people who make fake packages that, when stolen and opened, spray dog shit in all directions.

Insurance is nigger subsidies: it allows niggers to steal while you pay the risk premium. This is what I call giving in.

Sounds like a hackaday.io project.

There's a guy on jewtube named Mark Rober who did this.

He did an actual shit sprayer? I thought he did the faggy glitter bomb stuff.

An easy solution we can all do is keep your delivery boxes. Put rocks in them and re‐seal them. Leave one on your front porch at all times.

If some sucker steals one leave another. Eventually the thieves will have to steal 20 packages just to find a real one. Aside from the risk it’s actual work.

Not sure I'd go with rocks.. they might be angry enough to return them through your windows. Maybe a few ballons filled with water. One gallon of water weighs enough to make a thief think they've got a good score.

I just prefer to have the package held for pick up at the UPS endpoint, if I can't get the item from a local store for a reasonable price.

I used to try to time orders based on estimated delivery date when I knew I would be home on the date, but that has become to unpredictable.

I'm retired, so I'm home most of the time. I live in a semi-rural neighborhood. Battery powered outdoor motion sensors are inexpensive. I'm sure there are solar powered models. I have my yard covered. They sound different so I can tell from the indoor alarm which sensor is going off so I know where the intruder is. UPS and FEDEX are kind enough to test the alarms for me on a regular basis. I have them set up high enough to avoid animal alerts although a large dog will set them off which is OK.

Animal alerts? Yes. They’re animals.
