nigger and jews. That's what it boils down to.

In the SF Bay Area, if you go to a town called Hayward, you'll find it's all poojeets. Ask them if they have any problems with trust and neighborliness. Nope. Find a primarily Asian neighborhood, and you'll find the same thing. Even go check out a spic neighborhood. Among themselves, spics are generally pretty trusting and neighborly. Like it or not, spics usually have a pretty good family environment.

Now go find a nigger neighborhood. With very very small exception, nigger neighborhoods are like west africa. No trust and no neighborliness because niggers are all a bunch of sociopaths and don't care about anything but their own 15-minute selves.

And now, for the coup de grace, go find a jew neighborhood. On the outside, it'll seem really nice. But look a little more carefully and you'll find massive seething jealousy and hatred and disrespect for their neighbors. Everyone will talk about others behind their backs and all the interactions will be pure bullshit facades. jews are chock full of lies at every level.
