Find a primarily Asian neighborhood, and you'll find the same thing. Even go check out a spic neighborhood. Among themselves, spics are generally pretty trusting and neighborly. Like it or not, spics usually have a pretty good family environment.

Now go find a nigger neighborhood. With very very small exception, nigger neighborhoods are like west africa. No trust and no neighborliness because niggers are all a bunch of sociopaths and don't care about anything but their own 15-minute selves.

And now, for the coup de grace, go find a jew neighborhood. On the outside, it'll seem really nice. But look a little more carefully and you'll find massive seething jealousy and hatred and disrespect for their neighbors. The decline of neighborliness is because we now live in a low trust society full of violent, low IQ shitskins that is ruled by jews. If you move to a White town, there's plenty of neighborliness.
