I'm presuming these are IT roles that they are hiring for. If so, a practical test, even if very rudimentary, will wed out >95% of these.

If there is a curry employees, they are almost always in a separate area away from everyone else. At one place, the 7th floor restrooms were off limits to anyone not a curry.
