jogger goes by clueless. woman should have grabbed the kid from the stroller and ran. kinda looked staged. the perp using gates the guy with the back packs. the woman did not try to stop the perp. if factual then anoeses and entrainment are the rule. so many with tunnel-vision. the people were so unaware it looked fake?
