Sub saharan Africans couldn't get past the desert if they tried. So yes, Europeans are part of African history. The worst thing to happen was south Africans getting blacks in their country as workers. They never should have allowed black in migration after conquering the area. Same with Rhodesia. They should have imported other whites to work, or asians.
