Math… technically, not all black people commit murder,perhaps 5% do (guess) so 5% of 13% commit 60% of murders. So .65% commit 60% of murders. And those are all black men. Seems even worse that way.
Correct, if you add up their black on (anyone) murder rate by age bracket over their lifetime, a black male is around 4-5% likely to commit murder during their lifetime.
Think about that. In a group of 20 niggers, 1 will be convicted of murdering someone in their lifetime, and that's just the niggers who are caught. Plus, that's just murder. Imagine how many more will steal, rape, or violently assault someone else.
Out of 20 niggers - 10 will be male , of that group - 1 will commit murder and be jailed 2 or 3 will be murdered or die of a drug overdose 4 will end up in Prison for 10 or more years for various crimes of drugs or violence 2 might hold a full time job, and be an otherwise semi-law abiding nog unless losing employment 1 will definitely fly under the radar committing all sorts of heinous shit
Of the 10 sheboons - 6 will pump out a ghetto of rachet niglets to multiple baby daddy's and live on gibsmedat 2 will be the unintended victims of gang drive-by homicide or murdered by an ex 1 will work for the federal government 1 will be homeless crack addict and dead by 30

Then look at actual recidivism rates. Part of the reason we were so hard on black male crime was because they'd keep raping and hurting or killing people. Usually going to prison and being released was a guarantee they'd fucking do it again.
Take this thinking a few steps further:
- Young children (<13) are very rarely murderers. (Of any race.)
- Old people are are very rarely murderers. (Of any race.)
- Women are far less likely to commit murder than men. (Of any race.)
Therefore, it follows (with a bit of math...):
~3% of the population commits ~50% of the murders. That being black males between the ages of 13 and 30.
If we were willing to focus 90% of our policing on ~10M people (black males between 15-30) we would solve the vast majority of our crime problems.
But, I guess that's just a bit too racist. Go figure.
Funny: 800K police officers in the US + 1.5M military in the US. Subtract the black officers leaves (guess) = ~2M. Let's assign 1.5M of those to watch black dudes and the remaining 0.5 to watch everyone else.
Therefore: really, we could solve most of our crime problems if every police officer + military member was assigned to keep tabs on 7 black dudes.
