I was talking to a hunting guide in Alaska while we were at camp. He said he sees illegals all the time (Russians, Arabs or Chinese) out there killing without tags and doing stupid shit, littering, shooting at other people's animals that are already hit once and he said the game wardens do not give a shit if it's a foreigner with no ID or anything. He was super pissed telling us all these stories.
